As AAROHI turns 21, with the premise for this year’s slogan – Barely Legal – we seek to expand our boundaries and spread our wings to encompass everyone and everything in our sights in this phenomenon. Conceived in 1988, AAROHI has come a long way, in all realms – participation – qualitative and quantitative, cultural standing, prize money and sponsorship.
Apart from the Herculean effort put in by the organizers every year, the participation and cooperation of the alumni in one way or the other has been one of the most consequential factors in fabricating AAROHI as the centre piece of the cultural spectrum community in the region.
Overlooking the role of alumni in consummation of the event will be in a way, shaking the very foundations on which AAROHI was conceptualized because there is no wisdom equal to that which comes after the event.
We at Public Relations Committee feel that it is our obligation to share with you the recent developments and happenings viz. sponsors, posters, events etc. This would not only help you to relive some of the excitement and apprehension but would prove to be instrumental for us. Being in touch with you round-the-clock would assist and caution us inordinately as your experience can act as an early warning system.
We are trying our level best to continue the legacy of AAROHI and in doing so we are venturing out into the open to excavate every possible entity that would aid us in our corpulent task. This being in accordance with the famous proverb articulated by Shiv Khera that “Winners don’t do different things but they do things differently.”
